The biggest thing I accomplished is a draft of a letter to all my former LeTip and Chamber of Commerce contacts. No hard sell, just an "I'm in business again and it's one I love. I'm going through the proper steps to do this work as a qualified professional" I added a note about the W Med. cruise in May 2015 and an invitation for them to call me should they decide to take a vacation. Oh, I also mentioned the get together in May to Meet Norwegian Cruise line and it's Travel Partner, Nancy.
I also worked on that today as well. I have already ordered some Anchorage brochures and I have the video that I can play off a loop on YouTube, but I also wrote a little note to Jara about seeing if maybe something a little special can be thrown in for good measure. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
I began my Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing course at NCL U, and hopefully after maybe another cup of coffee I'll be ready to sit down to do part two of it. Thank goodness the site saves where you exited.
I also helped build my esteem up by printing Advice from the Experts. A comprehensive list of best practices forwarded me by someone very special, and have tacked it to the wall next to my desk for easy reference. Unfortunately though, that's where my luck ran out in the copy machine department.
I began to print out Bob Becker's notes from yesterday when my copier stopped dead. Dying of thirst. The only thing that will quench it is more ink and I just haven't got any left to feed Seymour. Cause that damn printer goes through more ink than the Audrey went through blood. And I'm not sure, but I can swear it's getting larger too. I swear on all that's holy, if that machine speaks my name I'm OUT! Wait, it's my house, It's OUT! (If you've never seen Little Shop of Horrors, sorry, all those references were lost on you.)
Anyway, taking even a few steps here and there helped build my spirits. I have folios to fill still too! Even if I'm not currently talking to clients, I'm getting myself prepared for when I do! So there, blues! Take that right in the kisser!!
